Are you aware that we spend 1/3 of our lives in Bed......
Your mattress holds the same things that your carpet and upholstery do. So how often do we vacuum our mattress or have it professionally cleaned ? We clean your mattress the same way we would the rest of your furnishings. We begin with a thorough vacuuming, apply the treatment solution, allow it to dwell and kill the bacteria and allergens, then extract with a low moisture steam cleaning tool. We then use our air movers to completely dry the mattress in as little as 30 minutes. We then spray a hospital grade antibacterial solution over it for added protection and to make it smell and feel great.
There are many benefits to ensuring that your carpets are kept clean and look good. Aesthetically, clean carpets will enhance a room whereas no matter how nice your decor is, dirty carpets will detract from the rooms appearance. The other and 'best' benefit for keeping carpets clean is the health issues. Carpets provide warmth and sound insulation but the fibres that are used in upholstery materials, rugs and carpets are a perfect breeding ground for dust mites, mildew, mould, fungi and other micro-organisms that can all be serious allergens for everyone, especially for those who have particular sensitivities already. Keep your carpets well maintained with regular professional cleaning and reap the rewards of health benefits and longer lasting carpets.

Dye-Back Colour Restoration
All 'red stains' are difficult to remove. Red colouring used in drinks, lollies and other foods don't generally flush out with water. However if you are on the scene and can react quickly you can minimise the damage. Use a Wet n Dry vacuum to suck up the spill. Carefully blot the spill with clean cloths trying not to spread the stain out further or push it deeper into the fibres. Resist the urge to 'treat it yourself' - the methods you use may 'set the stain' thereby making any professional cleaning attempts unsuccessful. Call us ASAP - we have a proven method for removing/reducing red stains - even old ones.
Upholstery fabrics are tough as well as good looking.Blends of natural and manufactured fibers treated to block stains make upholstery long wearing and easy to clean. Most fabrics designed for upholstery come from the manufacturer with a stain soil repellant finish. When it is missing, the store should be able to add the treatment with a warranty when you buy a piece of upholstered furniture, or you can have a professional apply the fabric protection. Fabric protection gives you time to pick up or blot away spills before they soak in. It cannot totally prevent damage to the fabric, but does provide you with peace of mind. You should vacuum your upholstery as you do your carpets, this will remove dirt and dust particles that could end up ground into the fabric. As our lounges absorb our skin and hair oils it is important to have them cleaned professionally

Using white absorbent cloths, blot/scoop up as much of the spill as possible. Never rub!! Rubbing can alter the texture of the carpet. Apply (without over wetting) clean warm water to the stained area.
Blot up firmly to remove as much moisture as possible. Repeat until there's no stain or no further transfer of stain colour. If the stain remains on the carpet, apply (without over wetting) a solution of warm water and a mild NON-BLEACH liquid laundry detergent (1 tsp to 1 litre of water). Clear mild dishwashing liquid, without additives like hand softeners or scents, is also ok. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
IMPORTANT STEP Blot up the deterent. Then apply clean warm water (without over wetting). Blot up water. Once again apply clean warm water. Blot up water. Repeat until all detergent is removed. Detergent residue accelerates resoiling!!
Absorb remaining moisture with layers of white paper towels weighted down overnight with a non-staining glass or ceramic object. When completely dry, vacuum or lightly brush the pile to restore texture. After drying if the stain reappears, it may be because some of the stain remained deep in the pile and 'wicked'up to the surface. If so repeat steps 3-6.
